Think along with real companies. Stand out with your plan.
Start with one real challenge from a company. With every challenge you work out, you build a CV of real work.
From challenge to proof, in four steps.
- 1You
Choose a challenge
A real challenge from a company, with a core question and success criteria.
- 2You
Come up with your own plan
You first work out a plan yourself, whenever it suits you, in a fixed structure.
- 3AI, then you
AI responds, you sharpen
In a case with AI you hear what works, what's missing or doesn't fit, and what a decision-maker would ask. You decide what to do with it.
- 4Company
The company chooses, you keep the proof
Blind: the company only sees who wrote what after the results. You keep the proof of your work.
Show what you can do, not what you promise.
- Proof on your profileThe core of your work for a real company, on your own profile, if you and the company want that. It says more than a line on your CV.
- A rewardThe company chooses the winners, and it chooses the reward too: money, a product, an internship or a conversation.
- Get noticedAfter the results the company sees who wrote it, and can invite you for a conversation, an internship or a job.
- FreeTaking part costs nothing. You work whenever it suits you, until the case closes.
Frequently asked questions
01What does it cost?
Nothing. Creating an account, taking part and your profile are free for talent.
02How does a challenge work?
Often in two steps. First a short question: three boxes, in about fifteen minutes. If your answer stands out, the company invites you to the next step: a conversation, or a full case in which you work out the whole challenge and which only invitees can see. There are also full cases that anyone can take part in.
03How much time does it take?
A short question about fifteen minutes, a full case a few hours. You work whenever it suits you, until the case closes, and you can save along the way. You submit a short question once; a full case you can still edit until it closes, and then the last version you submitted counts.
04Can I use AI?
Yes, you can use your own AI, as a sparring partner and not as a writer: write down your own idea first. For a short question TalentProof itself uses no AI. A full case says whether AI is involved; if so, the AI responds to your first version and you can have your solution checked before you submit. You can say how you used AI yourself when you submit. That's voluntary, doesn't count and the company only reads it after the results.
05How does the company choose?
Blind, on the work. Until the results are final, the company doesn't see your name. So don't put your name, background, religion or other personal details in your answer. In a case with AI advice, an AI assesses all solutions when the case closes and gives the company advice; the company chooses itself and decides the results.
06What do I get out of it?
If you win, you get the reward the company chose, such as money, a product, an internship or a conversation. After the results the company sees who wrote what and can invite you. For a public full case you can then put the core and the summary of your solution on your profile (unless the company turns that off for that case), and it counts towards your level: Participant, Winner or Top talent. A short question and an invitation-only case stay between you and the company.
07Do I get feedback?
In a full case with AI you get feedback from the AI on TalentProof's five competencies after the case closes. For a short question the company can choose a level per box (Not yet, Sufficient or Strong); you see that after the results. If you win a full case, the company also assesses your competencies.
08Can I ask the company a question?
Yes, in a full case. You ask your question while you're working on it; the company doesn't see your name. As soon as it answers, all participants see the question and the answer.
09Who owns my work?
You do: the maker keeps ownership. If a company selects or buys your solution, it gets a non-exclusive licence to use the content internally. That's what the terms you accept when you submit say.
10Who is TalentProof for?
For anyone aged 18 or over: student, starter, returner or career changer. You don't need a CV; your work shows what you can do.
Choose a case, work it out and build proof with real work.
