01Do I have to share confidential information?
No. A case is a rewritten challenge, not a file. We phrase the question so that no trade secrets or personal data are needed. Cases are public, so that as much talent as possible takes part.
02Which questions are a good fit?
Recognisable questions that can be worked out in a few hours. For example: “How do we fill the hall during quiet weekday hours?”, “How do we cut daily waste without empty shelves at three in the afternoon?” or “How do we find ten regular volunteers within three months?” Less suitable: a question that needs confidential figures or personal data.
03Can it be done without AI?
Yes. When you request a case, you choose: with AI advice, AI for talent only, or without AI. Without AI, nothing from your request, the case or the solutions goes to an AI service. With AI for talent only, the AI helps participants while they work, and you see nothing of the AI assessment. In both cases you read the solutions yourself and choose without advice.
04Who owns the submitted work?
The creator keeps ownership. If you select or buy a solution, your company gets a non-exclusive licence to use its content internally. That is also what the terms say, which every participant accepts when submitting.
05How soon does my case go live?
As soon as you've approved and paid for the case. We do the drafting for you.
